Turner producers seeing the social media buzz for that segment and thinking they got a new show idea. They need to bring Melo up there and break him down so he can just blurt out "fukk Phil Jackson" one time for us.
It could be like the Open Court version of players who need to hurry and get right before their time is up:ohhh:
Have them all sit in a circle like AA and just go in

What's crazy is that when watching this live it felt like it was only about 5 mins long instead of 14....great television

Same. I think it's because they asked questions we didn't expect anyone to ask and Dwight didn't dodge it that much, he went right in as much as you could (without outright dissing Harden or saying his contract status)

Also, it didn't get argumentative, it was just an open discussion. Crazy shyt.

And you know why it didn't get argumentative? Because :shaq2: wasn't there.

Yup, his cornball ways still came through in his tweets. But it was great he wasn't there for this or else it never woulda gone down.

I actually think Dwight gets it, he's just a people pleaser to a fault. It reminds me of when Lebron went villain mode for a season, it didn't completely fit him, then he came back closer to normal Bron ... then he truly found himself as fun Lebron for 75% of the season, then he goes villain mode when necessary the other 25%.

He literally doesn't know if he should be happy or serious on the court and the outside criticism impacts him and shapes his behavior.

That being said, his basketball issues fall directly into his hands since he chose his teams. He joined an insane alpha ball dominant guard who demands 110% effort and seriousness. Then he joined an apathetic ball dominant guard who doesn't necessarily push the team in a certain direction.

If he went to a team that had a system that would incorporate him, he wouldn't have fallen off the cliff he's currently still dropping from.
