Charles Oakley says the NBA is hard to watch and that players today have no heart.

Now, I grew up in the late 80s and the 1990s, so maybe I'm partial to that era of basketball...but is Charles right?



Do you find that this era of basketball is as competitive and exciting as...let's say... the 1988-1998 era?

That's not a reflection of the quality of league play, as much as it's a reflection of corporate takeover of NBA ticket sales.

plenty of current nba players have that same passion and hate but back then the whole league hated eachother. i think free agency changed shyt in every sport as well as each sport softening up over the years rule wise.
