Charleston white says alot of dumb shyt, but his opinions on gangs destroying the black community are straight facts. I hope one day we get to the point where normal working brehs can snitch on these savages without the negative condemnation that comes with it.
It's tricky because the police are basically a gang as well. The best solution would be for more black folk to get into law enforcement en masse.
Destigmatize law enforcement career paths for our youths. We're quick to be happy when the kids go overseas for some shyt that got nothing to do with black people when we should be enlisting in the local PDs for the conflicts that actually affect us.

I'll be called a c00n for this statement but gangs are a much bigger threat to the black community than the police.
Without all these violent gang members, it would be much easier to force systematic change within the justice system. We wouldn't have to deal with them discriminating against us in our communities because they wouldn't have an excuse to without gangs terrorizing neighborhoods. Defunding the police could actually be a realistic goal if these gangs didn't exist.
I agree with you, because in all metrics, gang members kill more innocent blacks than the police. It's just seems more egregious when those who are supposed to protect us are caught killing us, not to mention the origin of American police.
