I'll be called a c00n for this statement but gangs are a much bigger threat to the black community than the police.

Without all these violent gang members, it would be much easier to force systematic change within the justice system. We wouldn't have to deal with them discriminating against us in our communities because they wouldn't have an excuse to without gangs terrorizing neighborhoods. Defunding the police could actually be a realistic goal if these gangs didn't exist.
