There"s pandering and then there is using source material (ie tv show)....

The Diaz and Liu CA was hokey, but there wasn't a feminist push in the film, like say the Ghostbusters 2016 reboot....

They probably could have just done a reboot of the show and put it on one of the big networks....maybe CW.

i didn't see the feminist push in the Ghostbusters reboot, there are activist actresses in the movie, but they weren't activist in the movie, I seen activism recently, that wasn't it, I halfway like that ghostbusters reboot, it had its problem but it wasn't because of feminism
