Been up here to visit since Thursday. Homie got the hookup and had me and my fam staying in Southpark which is nice but made me feel a bit out of place Asked breh where the hood at and he didn't even know did some research and read up on West End so we went to West End Tavern last night and Benny the fukkin Butcher was there with like 30 Buffalo nikkas

Fam tryna get us to move up here and I'm still open to it but not sold yet yall tell me more about how life is for brehs up here

always felt like a small town and a city to me which i like.

Always liked it out here. we out here at frank liske Park in concord near Charlotte right now and all i see is black people out here grilling enjoying the park and lake having a good time.

Beautiful black women. Very slow paced. Job market seems kinda weak. Food is aight, nothing to write home about. This is all anecdotal evidence from visiting.

They call it "the next Atlanta" and I don't see that happening at all. It's too slow & the old money white people will fight tooth and nail to stop that from happening.

I been hearing the same about it which got me curious. As bad as Atlanta might be getting, it feels like all the development I've seen here is in that "West Midtown" mold I take for granted how Black Atlanta is, because I'm not feeling any "soul" here forreal. I seen all these Ponce/78 style houses so close to the city too so I know exactly what you mean that it's not gonna blow up like that

Was there last month. Spent most our time in Uptown, but did go to a couple other parts.

It's at the top of my list of places to move to.

Went to the soccer game tonight, that was pretty fun. Crazy how they got old Panthers players everywhere but I ain't see my nikka Cam tho

Went to Nuvole rooftop bar after that, pretty nice

At Tilt on Trade now and my patna almost had to swing on Jeremy Lamb

I seen more D-list celebrities here than in Atlanta
