Basically the root of the problem is systematic all the other individuals are just actors. They're replaceable really not too different anyone else. The real problem is the fail sense of checks and balances when it comes to law and order beuocracy. Because the consequences of fukking up are so bleed the problem persist. Until the complete system is overhaul from top to bottom with fluid transparency from the DA office to local law enforcement and the media / news, except more of the same. Because like a virus the issue may temporarily go away, but then it evolves and emerges in a new variant. We need to play chess not checkers, focus on being the antibody and attack the system not the symptom.

The best way to do that is Vote and clean up legislation. Plan and simple we need a total recall of the judicial system.
