Absolutely she's got the pull. My ceGOAT puts people over anytime he comes back but Charlotte couldn't say "I don't need the rumble, give it to xxx. She deserves it more"
Funniest part about it is, she didn't even need to win it even if she wanted Stratton.
The winner who faces Rhea coulda won it, then Charlotte coulda just won the less prestigious, but just as effective, Elimination Chamber. That's if she NEEDED to be in the title picture at all.
Side note: The elimination chamber is easier to win than the Royal Rumble, therefore by storyline logic, nikkas shouldn't even trip about the Rumble like that as long as they know they got the skills to get to the Chamber

I’m not sayin she should’ve won the rumble but did people not watch her return vignettes? Why does everyone assume the E is booking her as a babyface. Seemed pretty clear to me she was coming back as a heel and the only other woman in the company who has heat is Nia. Liv did a great job last year but people love her. Same with Chelsea.
Why is fighting Trish Stratus on the Mania card beneath Charlotte when it isn't beneath another all time great like Becky Lynch?

Why is fighting the Iconics at Mania not beneath two all time greats like Bayley and Sasha Banks but beneath Charlotte?

A bad promo from Charles? The more things change the more they stay the same. 
I think so to. It feels like they expected a title change and Charlotte being a triumphant comeback story and Tiff being "almost ready" but losing, and Charlotte shakes her hand at the end. And then Tiffany retires her like 6 years from now to win her 5th title.
