Vince only put her on RAW because of all the attention she was getting, he never had any real plans for her. They were clearly gearing up for Rhea, Bianca, & Io to be the cornerstones of the NXT women's division.Setting it up for Bianca to take the title at Summerslam they said

I wouldn't even blame Charlotte really - she's benefitting and she's not gonna fukk up her money and status just because there's more deserving people. This rests on Vince and his need to have his tall, white, blonde champion. Becky was an anomaly because she was not supposed to be as popular as she became, and that was borne not just out of frustration on behalf of the fans' for Becky but frustration at Charlotte constantly going over all the time and people not having time for that shyt anymore. She needs to put people over way more than she does.
I don't have a huge issue with Charlotte as a performer - she's pretty good - mostly in the ring, if a bit stiff on the mic. She's far from my favorite but I think of her as one of the better performers out of the women in all divisions. That said, she's so overpushed and overrated that it's hard not to get tired of her. I felt the same way about Roman - I actually liked Roman but he was so forced that it got really annoying. The bigger issue here is Vince and the rest of creative overlooking bigger and better talents with more star quality and effectively ruining any momentum they gain with their shytty booking and need to keep Charlotte looking like the alpha female 24/7. Like it's been mentioned, there is only one wrestler who came out of a feud with Charlotte looking better and that was a complete accident that led to them inadvertently becoming the biggest star in the entire company - and even then, when she had the chance to get her big, historic main event with the other biggest name in the company, they STILL HAD TO SHOEHORN CHARLOTTE IN THERE

It's gonna happen with all the NXT girls that get moved onto the main roster aswell. I'm dreading Bianca Belair feuding with her - they're bound to fukk that one up. Speaking of which, Belair really could have been booked better herself, even on NXT. I think the only feud she ever really won was with Nikki Cross.

On NXT, Bianca was basically booked like Umaga. She got to destroy a good amount of women, but when it came down to the really important stuff, she was normally taking the L. Bianca and Rhea’s momentum was absolutely killed by Charlotte.
