It's been 5+ years since AEW started. Moxley and Jericho played a pivotal role in the early success of AEW, but they're both BY FAR the worst part of the show today. How long does Tony Khan have to kiss their asses? Move on already.
If they'd put the Mox/Cope/fukkery match in as a cool down match after Os/Fletcher and ended on Toni/Mariah everything would've been fine tbh.
You kill Toni/Mariah if you put them last, specially after a 30 minute cage match that was booked to be a bloodbath just like the ladies were booked to do.If they'd put the Mox/Cope/fukkery match in as a cool down match after Os/Fletcher and ended on Toni/Mariah everything would've been fine tbh.

Exactly. Like let’s say even if the main event had been a solid 7 or 8 out of 10 match in a vacuum (it was more like a 5/10 at best), there’s no way it was going to come out looking good compared to everything it had to follow. If they'd put the Mox/Cope/fukkery match in as a cool down match after Os/Fletcher and ended on Toni/Mariah everything would've been fine tbh.

Oh I agree, there's very few bloodbaths that work for longer than 15 minutes. But I think Ospreay is one of those guys that both him and TK think most fans expect big, long epic matches from him and will feel disappointing if he doesn't go long, no matter what. I think that perception is wrong but I don't see it changing anytime sooncage match shouldnt have gone that long it couldve been on earlier in the card as well

It is. shyt just taking forever.Waiting on the scrum guess it's not coming on YouTube
I agree but TK's logic behind these long ass shows is that people are spending a lot of money in the US to watch them so he much prefers a long show were everything happens than tighter overall better event. I think he's wrong with his logic but just like I said in a previous post, I don't see it changing anytime soon.I know they want (and arguably need) Ospreay on these PPV cards but that cage match might have worked a lot better on a special 'Dynamite' episode or something. I've always felt if the show is going near or over 4 hours then it's probably TOO LONG... Again, the PPV was mostly great so it is what it is but they could stand to keep these around the 3:15-3:30 mark... that's more than enough
