There was no right finish to that main event without some really convoluted overbooking. Moxley, Cope, nor Christian should be champions.

I wouldn’t have been opposed to Christian winning it then dropping it to Swerve next month at Dynasty. Would have been more entertaining than Death Riders shyt.

But creatively wouldn’t have made much sense.

They wrapped up two shytty threads with this match in Cope being a PPV main eventer and the cash in. Cash-in concept is fukking stupid and never should have been something AEW did.
