But i don't wanna spend $1000 right now

Does it need to be windows os? If u just need it for office suite websurfing etc just get a chromebook.

I need to be able to work. Photoshop indesign need to be able to easily navigate things too. I am born and bred on the windows os so I would like to stick with it
