I keep seeing this Asian guys videos pop up on youtube...so I finally decided to listen and go to his website..

YES...IT SOUNDS like and infomercial cause he's obviously never going to reveal his work out plan until you buy the DVDs...YES it sounds to good to be true, when he says you only need to work out 90 minutes a week, doing crunches/situps don't work, and the workout plans continues to burn fat 14 hours after you finish workout while you sleep or at work .. :lolbron:

So can yall suggest something similar or know where I can find a workout plan that does this ...or the AfterBurn Effect a Hoax

I've always been a skinny nikka with no abs but after that 30 day challenge I can say for the first time I'm on the right path. But it helps that I have a high metabolism and generally try to eat healthy and stay away from bullshyt processed foods. If you aren't at least attempting to eat healthier then you already fukkin up. That and water, water should be your main beverage throughout the day.
