I was referring to this Bill and the welfare reform bill. Once again, the question is whether it matters to you that somebody is openly racist as opposed to somebody that supported bad policy. Black people get sentenced more often and for longer periods of time even when the applicable law is the same. Nobody is denying there is institutional racism, but you claiming that Hillary is racist because of the net effect of bad policy is asinine when DOnald Trump is calling for STOP AND FRISK, a blatant piece of racist policy.

trump calling for stop and frisk would get slapped down by the courts seeing that its already established law that it is illegal, on top of that, routine policing is state and local policy, not national policy.
