Breh, this is my FIRST HD TVBeen playing Ps3/Wii U/Ps2 on that old TV for YEARS! Breh, shyt's so bad that I would watch football and basketball games on it, not knowing what the score was, because the score would be clipped off from the dimensions of the screen :dylanhuh:

i dont have a note 3 on me so i cant tell you exactly where but its in there...i know sometimes the picture quality option will go down by accident..you probably did that. Look around in there...where in settings?
it looks like the camera/phone was moving when you took the shot. maybe turn that "anti-shake" shyt on, but in general try to hold the camera steady when you take a picwhere in settings?
