This reminds me of a case down here. Folks in a dispute over using a cell phone in a movie theater. Pops goes to his car and grabs a gun. The dispute rages on and the other guy throws popcorn at Pops. Pops shoots and kills him. He tried to use stand your ground as a defense. Didn't work.
Yep. Stand your ground it applies when you absolutely can’t evade the situation. He left out the theater to get a gun and came back to continue to get bother so it can escalate and have a “reason” to kill him. That’s premeditated. Should have just complained to management, get a refund and go another time or later.
