Checking your Facebook after having it deactivated for awhile...

same old story as to why i got sick of it and left

-chicks posting the same pics over and over and thinking they are a model when in real life they are just decent looking
-baby pictures
-weddings and engagement pics/stories and i sit there to my self wondering how these two people ended up together and how it wont last lol
-guys having the need to post they are going to the gym every second

i could go on

overally FB was cool a couple years ago and im sure some people actually use it to really network still but if your an average joe like me its kind of pointless. i never post on it and only lurk for pics of hot chicks so i realized my page was wack and stale so i deactivated it and check it like ones a month

I deleted mine today, removed all the pics and everything. I got sick of all the copy paste quotes, hoodrats going on about thier "facebook house cleaning", and all the stupid game invites.

i know i should im gonna google how to delete it so i know how. it really serves me no purpose and checking my friends list i see alot of people are gone off of it to. like 30 people had their names but a blank pic meaning they got rid of theirs too

i bet in a few years nobody will have one anymore except young people

I deleted my shyt in April, possibly the best decision I made all year. I do occasionally miss stalking random chicks on there though.

I'm still on it, mainly as a way to keep up with college friends around the country. Other than that, I'm not really on it like that anymore. Facebook was cool when you were in college & you needed a university email to join. Once my mom got one (and this is a woman, who up until a few years ago, barely used a computer at all), I knew it was time to slow down. I use Twitter now more than FB.

FB was way better when it was exclusive to college/universities and was seen as a networking tool, now my homies moms/pops and old school high school losers are friending me on this ...getting to be too much
