They got a lot of fortuitous things go their way I don't see how anybody can't say that...every team they played had at least one significant injury to at least a starting point guard...
That said...they won...that's it...no more to that story...
You could play the would have could have should have game with any team that made the playoffs...
With that said, the chances of them getting to play teams dealing with injuries in the playoffs again are slim to none...so we will see how it goes for them this year...

60 wins and historic levels of play or margins of victory ain't luck. The rest of the league is lucky the Celtics only got one. Injuries to KG and perk the following years cost them bad. Same goes for Philadelphia. That team was historically good.
