I've never heard of anyone shopping for a malibu looking for power

The base model has 160hp, and the upgraded engine has 250hp
What about a Buick Regal? My aunt got one and that mf drive nice
Nah I’m not getting one. I got an Acura. But I drove the Malibu and thought if it had a better engine it’d be a nice ass car. I mean how you spend all your budget on design and save nothing

I has the base Malibu as a loaner car. WOAT driving experience next to driving a Chevy aveo

...ANyway - The Malibu's problem has always been that it's named after the wrong California city.
It should be called the Chevrolet Norwalk.

The Malibu is your family/rental car, it's basically meant to get you from point A to B on a bargain dime.
If you want power get an SS or impala. Malibu is aimed at Accord, Camry, Sonata etc buyers and rental companies.
