I work a physically active job and I drink allot of caffeine
but lately I've been fukking with Chia seeds and it seems like it might be even better then caffeine...
While caffeine gives you energy, Chia seeds seems like it gives you strength
I guess energy can equal strength too
but I dont know how to describe it, it seems like Chia seeds gives you more strength and stamina and endurance
Caffeine can be a bit fleeting, but Chia seeds seems to be more "lasting"
