I don't think it does any of that. It's pretty similar to flax seeds, they're high in omega 3 oil, but only if they're ground. The oil makes you more insulin sensitive, which is good thing.basically just comparing and contrasting wtih my experience to caffeine
I dont know how to describe it but chia seeds just makes me feel stronger when I'm working out
while with caffeine you just get a energy rush
I might be on to something because I just find out that Chia is a Mayan word for "strength"
