basically just comparing and contrasting wtih my experience to caffeine

I dont know how to describe it but chia seeds just makes me feel stronger when I'm working out

while with caffeine you just get a energy rush

I might be on to something because I just find out that Chia is a Mayan word for "strength"
I don't think it does any of that. It's pretty similar to flax seeds, they're high in omega 3 oil, but only if they're ground. The oil makes you more insulin sensitive, which is good thing.

Chia seeds is one of latest in a conveyor belt line of superfoods. Most of what youre experiencing is probably placebo.

not disagreeing with you on that....I'm also skeptical of things

but how do you explain the long history it has with many cultures

as far as the superfoods thing....I think we can look at it in a different way too

I think we are also rediscovering things that ancient people have known and practiced

That's the new wave it seems. I was doing that shyt for two weeks on Holiday and while I can't say I felt any immediate effects from it (I was smoking weed everyday and adding whiskey to my smoothies:steviej:) shyt did keep me full and kept the munchies at bay:leon:
Chia seeds expand on your stomach which makes you feel more satiated and full.

Sparking blunts in the shade.
I'm on these, because I'm cutting and they fill you up. But my God, even after soaking them in water before I put them in my shakes they end up making me outrageously thirsty. I'll run 2 gallons of water when I'm full of these.:picard:
