I hate the guy had to go thru this inconvenience but its not what I thought it was going be.
I thought it was officers saying "we don't care if you're CCL...we don't want black people carrying guns so we're going blatantly violate your Rights".

This was just a mistake. Plenty of black gun owners going around with no problems. Hell ask Black Rambo, dude got an arsenal and travel everywhere with his guns.
Crazy part is, Illinois and Chicago is blue.
