They do not care dude , they are running a broken system & the paperwork says not to arrest anyone but the cops arrest them anyways & the presecutor filed charges. It's a money grab by an inept system. No one cares now that they have dudes money from all the fees

funny part is I guarantee you if every black person took up the right to bear arms that a lot of gun reform would magically happen overnight.
