So what's the solution to gang violence?
LA used a combination of gang enhancements to give dudes football numbers (keeping the drama behind bars), truces, and pushing nikkas out of the city

Only a very small part of Chicago is actually dangerous. Chicago is a great city with alot of history and culture and you shouldn't be afraid to visit.

People don't realize Chicago is a big ass city, it ain't a ghetto city like Detroit and Baltimore which has run down neighhborhoods all over the city with good parts sprinkled
