Nah broa. There are lots of middle class black neighborhoods were this shyt doesn't happen. I used to live in South Suburbs and there were very nice black neighborhoods. Now they have started shipping in those welfare queens, so shyt might change, but there were some nice black communities out there.

Detroit is actually an exception because murders HAD to drop consider it has HALF the residence it had 30 years ago including the majority of the East Side doesn't even have enough houses for anyone to live in for someone to get murdered.
