The poll was obviously engineered to push a narrative. M3 strategies is a Republican shop. The extreme "6%" favorable rating should have been the first red flag. He obviously could be (and seems to be) a terrible mayor, but that doesn't mean people should fall for obvious propaganda from partisan bad actors.
