Mayor Lori Lightfoot finished third in Tuesday’s election with 16.89% of the vote, behind former Chicago Public Schools CEO Paul Vallas at 33.95% and Cook County Commissioner Brandon Johnson with 20.32%.

I think she got too big and arrogant for most people to relate to her, on top of that crime seemed to go haywire under her watch and she refused to listen to people who told her she needed to fire the Police Chief.

She got a raw deal with Covid interrupting whatever progress she MIGHT have been able to make but people I know in Chicago really don’t fukk with her.
