And beyond that, most schools across the country have no received federal funds. Typically funds are provided on June 1st for the upcoming school year. We're midway through July now...

There's also the possibility that all funds will be determined on allowing ICE into schools, or getting rid of vaccine mandates, or whatever other insane shyt the administration dictates in a few weeks.
