It's Chicago trying to restore the feeling from 1996, when they had 790 homicides...cotdamn....

Relax, these homicides and shootings are only happening in certain parts of the city. At least 2016"Chicago is actually worth talking about when it comes to being a dangerous city, before that Chicago wasn't even close to being dangerous. If crime goes down in 2017 than this was most likely a one off thing.
