Umm yes. Northside is mainly cac just like south/west is mainly black. And I know you are going to sit here and argue that HP is not as diverse as the northside. HP is the best neighborhood in Chicago period. Its the only area outside maybe Beverly where blacks and whites are equal in terms of education, income,etc.
