i would trade Rose only because the PG spot is one of the easiest to replace. Will it be another Rose, no but another sleek ball handler , creator, that can actually hit a shot would fit much better with this team. While getting a dynamic SF/PF would tip the scales IMO.

Rose Butler Mirotic and even Noah are still fairly young. So no they shouldnt blow it up just to start all over. When the Cavs are the only team that i see as a real threat to them in the East. All they need to do is change the offense up a little and hope the team has a good luck streak coming as far as injuries are concerned. This is the first time they have had a healthy Rose in 3 years. So it's not like they have had the team at their full potential to see what they can do.

Here's what I would do if i'm the Bulls. Get rid of Heinrich. See if you can get Rondo, his value is at an all time low and may be a better fit off the bench. In the draft find a scoring Center in the draft. Maybe see if you can Zu Qhi to declare (slim chance though).
