easily the 2 most disappointing hip hop scenes ever. you cant even properly critique them they are so pitiful. Chicago's music scene in general is incredible tho. always loved house and all its denominations (even tho ny had a huge hand in the scene as well) . Detroit nikkas fukked around and startin makin techno which is the most awful genre ever so yall lose big time.

Nah, most disappointing goes to dc/bmore. How you that close to ny, jersey, and philly and didn't catch none of the wave? Especially in the 80's-early 00's when both them cities were still super black and grimy, no national rappers? At all...really?
