twista been doin that flow since the late80's/early 90's. bone thugs came out in like 93

And NY nikkas like das efx and the old jay-z were rapping fast but thats what they're known for. Plus they're style was different from the videos I posted

You got psychodrama, do or die, da brat and few others who rap fast and almost like they are under the influence of something.
Alot of them also rap about pimpin too. They're heavy on the pimpin tip in the west side

its crazy how you have styles that differ within the region that differ within the city and even differ by neighborhoods

im not from Chicago tho i'd do check for Chicago music (Common, Ye, and Lupe are in my top 10 and No ID is a Top 5 producer)
