I'm against privacy as well (it's an outdated concept anyway), but rights are important. Most people who break the law have no intention of doing so nor do they know they're doing it.

The fact is, as it stands "anything you say or do can be used against you in the court of law." They're not joking when they say that.

You know in some municipalities something as silly as "sagging" is a civil infraction punishable with a $500 fine+ court fees. Don't pay that fine and you're going to jail and working that debt off down to the last penny.
