Philly had 556 homicides. A higher murder rate but not more total homicides
so an average of 12 people are shot a day

Higher rate and technically speaking Philly for the most part always had a higher rate over the 20 years overall

Chicago has a bad clearance rate so not many.
Atlanta has a high murder rate for a city that actually has an ok clearance rate
its definitely over 800.. every news channel in the city was reporting it when it happened
i would be surprised if its over 5%, oakland is pretty bad at 20%
