More often than not, crimes are committed within the perpetrators neighborhood & the victim is usually someone from the neighborhood. If I'm black, I live around black people... who am I most likely to be killed by? Same goes for any other race.

So of course, you blame the nikkas rather than the system that keeps bringing in the guns, giving substandard education(or lack thereof), poisonous means of entertainment/role models, while providing a lack of jobs and opportunities for said nikkas. Hey dumbass you know where those illegal guns come from? Check the states that border Illinois. Missouri,Iowa,Kentucky,Indiana etc. Those states have lax gun laws. Lots of weapons traffickers have people in those states that straw purchase guns. In other case those weapons traffickers get fake state ids and go to gun shows and straw purchase guns. Then they go to Chicago, Detriot or any major metro area and sell those guns to gangs and drug dealers.
