I Went through it.

Told the story before it was a ex that I reconnected with, and the story was pretty much the same as yours minus the kid. I stayed friends, but never tried to hit again. Not worth the risk imo. She actually use to tell me about when she would meet someone and break it to them. ALL of them left after so she said she was gonna stop telling ppl she felt she has medication that his it under control so they are in no real danger.

Of course not, I wouldn't even have her as a fling, if she didn't have a child perhaps a little fling... But anyways at the end of the day I'm old enough to know most people have some form of herpes and I've never caught it.

I'm sure I've probably slept with a girl that has even at some point.
