That's how my ex-fiance was. Not only was she mad young looking but she was only like 5'2. When she'd pick our daughter up from middle school she got stopped in the hall thinking she was a student. Even though it's funny that her mom fell off mad early.

people always ask my wife whose kid she's watching, like she's a nanny or babysitter.

this is what i'm talking about. accomplished and sexy black women. :heh: @ nikkas thinking the overcooked birds at Roscoes Bar and Grill on Friday nights are representative of the average mature black female.

fukkouttahere.

I wish that was the case around here. I'm in Columbia, SC and the average woman I see is broke down. I'm talking morbidly obese. This is just judging everywhere I go. Malls, clubs, movies, just everywhere. You'll see the occassional sexy one but on average it's disappointing.

Many dudes 28+ are losing their looks also.

People in general are just looking flabby and sick. I refuse to let myself go.

Like an R&B singer, that may be the Case...

but a lot of dudes who weren't good looking in highschool tend to finally get guap, confidence and that almighty gym membership. In conclusion; more dudes amplify their looks while the women get complacent/have babies and the facade they used to depend on dissipates.

As for moi, i'm the quintessential "ugly duckling syndrome" turnout. My ass would never get any kind of attention in my public school, even into my stint with community college/university campaignage.

You lose the baby fat, build self esteem and a flaire for attracting women; errthing tends to fall in your favor (all while still having the personality you harnessed when you was that "overlooked, frumpy, chubby" cat during his teens/tweens).

Like an R Kelly/Jigga collab - shiits the best of bowf worlds, beigh.

Only thing is to retain the humility and use that as a part of your arsenal (charm and subtlety is contagious, how you convey it is what's important).

As for the women, since i ain't a quarterback in the courtroom... i try not to pass judgement.

Personally, i truly resent how women treated me when i was younger; the chances i had were nil cuz how superficial and critical women of a certain era/age range can be. The lack of opportunity for me to find love just meant that i had more time to work on my self. Now my perception on life is much grander and elabroate, which is a result of the personal development and realization that spawned from solitude and absolute heartache/loneliness.

What i do appreciate about the inevitable aesthetic deterioration of the female species as they age, the flipside is that they acquire more wisdom and experience. they are a heap more fun to be around and the conversation is generally more well rounded, engaging and certainly more intriguing (but that philosophy can be applied to anybody or any generation).

If there's one thing that i learned about women as they experience more and become more mature is their maternal quality. This is great for being in a relationship because their sense of nurturing and caring makes them much more passionate lovers.

You ever gently kiss a woman on the forehead and have her exhale her emotions because she's in love?

That comes from years of living with so much uncertainty and dealing with a certain category of men; finally feeling truly loved is bliss.

And only a woman who's been through a lot...

...can appreciate.

No, because I don't kiss other women on the forehead. My husband kisses me, though, and I can appreciate it, even though I haven't dealt with a "certain category of men".

Im going on 29...and I find women around 25 way more interesting then women my age. What I tend to notice is women my age tend to push the "settle down, marriage" on you even during the 1st convo :heh: Nothing wrong with marriage but thats a huge red flag.As you get older, the dating pool becomes limited....to sum it up if your gonna hook up,be in a relationship your going to have to put up with someone's stuff sad to say.

This is NOT a dig at Americans but I have noticed from TV shows that you seem to age a lot quicker. Obesity is still a BIG (no pun intended) issue in America. That can age somebody pretty quickly. Here, in Europe, to look like Bieber and have a similar stature to him at age 18 is relatively normal. We begin to look 'older' in our twenties. Whereas in America, it's perfectly normal to look like your twenties, in your teens? I'm guessing that is to do with diet. I was reading an article the other day, which stated that a few hundred years ago, the natural height for a French man was 5ft 4. But with better nutrition and so forth, European men average 6ft now.

It really depends on your environment, and how you take care of yourself.

~Check out this 70 yr old black woman

ETA: We all age. It's part of life.. so embrace it. Don't worry about it! Just be thankful for being alive
