Trust me on this. Cardio once a day, maybe 20 minutes,get the diet in check, and do yoga. Feel like a million bucks without having to push weight.i dont feel like putting in the effort to photoshop

basically...this one girl i follow on instagram has an insane hip to waist ratio after waist training and working out for 8 months...no surgery at all!
