On the real, doing substances, the greatest culprit of all regarding organ failure and aging is lack of sleep. These cats aren't just smoking weed, they're also doing MDMA/molly, blow and sometimes even crack and meth. So they're up days at a time, then they're also doing opiates and benzos to slow down, also not to mention the alcohol consumption. Rinse, wash and repeat.
