I just read the report and it said he was arrested for having 3 passengers and you can only hve 1 with a permit

shyt just seems petty to me...if he wasnt being disresptful just give him a ticket and tell whoever had their Ls they had to drive

shiid, i was doing the same thing. i had a trans am when i was 17, and i got hemmed up by the laws in Sugarland for doing doughnuts in a taco bell parking lot after a football game. it's what kids do at that age. it was INCREDIBLY stupid to do that in a parking lot with people standing around, but hey, you do dumb shyt as a teen.

When I was his age, I was driving on the I10 hittin speeds of 110 in my 99 Chevy Malibu and the Speed limiter kicked on. In a car like his I thinks its an obligation to go that fast on the freeway every now and then.
