its possible to know how to write and not read. reading is all about spelling and grammar. you dont need to know those things to write a song.

Nah that's not true at all, he's written fully formed songs for other artists, plus most of his songs maintain too much of a structure to be conceived that way, do you really think songs like I Believe I Can Fly were delivered off the dome?

i wonder that everytime i hear a jay-z album. im sure its not that hard. they show him doing it on one of the best of both worlds documentaries. not that hard if you producing and composing the beat or know the structure of the beat. kells is a pro. so im sure he writes for others but goes in the booth with it in his head when he does solo tracks.

*edit: Oh, and as for R. Kelly, for whatever it's worth, I went to college with a Jewish kid from Chicago whose father was an entertainment lawyer and worked with Kells. He said that R. Kelly could sign his name and not much else. Specifically that someone had to read all of his contracts to him, etc. Whether or not he scrawled his own music, I can't say.

The disability that he has, has a spectrum and Keef seems to be really high functioning.

That whole "missing the video shoot" ordeal had nothing to do with his disability.

He has the same disability as 50 Tyson. ( at a rapper using 50 Tyson as a stage name though)
