stop caping, because trust me, if you've ever had annoying neighbors...shyt is the worst.
I had a neighbor whos dog barked 24 hours a day nonstop. I had to call the cops twice. eventually my armenian nieghbors across the street poisoned the dog with poisoned meatballs and got arrested. (Im not making this up, shyt was wild)
whole flow of the block disrupted because of this one fukking neighbor. fukked up roommates are even worse, I've got stories for days.
Having bad neighbors is the worst. These muthafukkas that live next to me right now have made my life a living hell more than a few times.

I have no idea. I just remember coming out to go to work one morning and seeing a shyt LOAD of cops on the block. I found out later, what happened and what they did through my roommate, some investigators interviewed people on the block.
