You're talking like Oakland been running rough shot the Chiefs. LOL. With Berry, Peters, and Sean Smith like a couple years ago, our secondary was pretty good. This is like the first loss in the division since 2015. But our defense, the group that pretty much carried us during these Reid/Alex Smith years, is sorry. Aight breh. No, the clock would not have been running in absence of the penalty. Without the penalty either Crabs catches it for a touchdown, it's a turnover, or an incomplete pass....all of which would've stopped the clock. If it were a hold on a running play stopped in bounds then a ten second runoff would apply.
