It was. My mom was going to give my sister and I about 1/4 of our child support if he was paying the correct amount.
Not for my mom.
They both make over $100,000. He makes more than her. He was supposed to be paying over $1,000 per month, but he was only paying $300 per child (2) and he didn't even pay every month. I would have took him to court. If he was paying the correct amount, I would have been able to go shopping more and participate in extracurricular activities. He didn't even help pay for school. She paid for everything. I would have taken him to court. She's weak though, so I knew she wouldn't and he knew she wouldn't, that's why he did it.
My children's father will be my husband, so he won't be on child support. If he cheats and we divorce, he will def. be put on cs and I'll also be receiving alimony and my half of his money, and he will pay more because of the cheating clause in our prenupt, and the bytch he cheats with will be paying me too (it's legal in my state).

My boy I work with.. Has a couple kids he's paying child support on. He SHOULD be making good money. But HALF his checks get taken before he even sees it. And then he has 2 kids with the woman he's with now.
So he doesn't even get to touch his money at all.
