this is the truth...

im already paying $900/mo...my ex-wife had me in court last march trying to get it raised...with a straight face she stood up and told the judge "i feel like im paying for everything'...

judge: :usure:...''ma'am he's paying $900/mo....wheres that money going?''

been dealing with CS for almost 20 years...
my advice: never miss a court date. NEVER EVER. if youre having money troubles...let the courts know...they are actually willing to work with you....stay on top of your business....never assume anything....have a lawyer if need be...:salute:

i don't miss em and she gets mad when we get taken to court,i'm like if you stop being greedy asking for more money we wouldn't be here

once i get out of the academy i'll have em for the summer, get a home inspection and then file for split custody one year with me one with her but i still get holidays,etc inbetween, the good thing about tn law is once my oldest make 10 she can decide who she wants to live with and she's a daddys girl all the way :shaq::blessed:

Whatever is in the best interest of the child I guess.... I don't think it's ideal to shuffle the kids across state lines yearly... but whatever works for your family..

I always thought child support was taken directly out of your paycheck so how do dudes get behind?
