"personal use" and child support is a fine line.....................it would have to be incredibly egregious to the point that the child is looking emaciated, dirty, not going to school...while the mother or parent recieving the child support is rocking jewelry a nice car, etc...

Man, children have daily expenses and normally the mother is responsible for paying them. Unless the father is going half on a daily basis, any monies received after the fact is the mother's and she can do with it what she pleases.

i'm against government monitoring, but i would suggest for people like you guys, those who are afraid of child support, your best solution would be that they issue the money on a debit card where transactions for the child can be monitored more closely...
