Saw this a couple hours ago, making Chucky a rogue robot was dumb af. I hate how they only had two settings in the entire movie, the apartments or store. I swear the movie must've cost like 5M and that was spent all on the doll & salaries 
I don't even know why Aubrey Plaza was even in the movie, she served no purpose other than working at the store that sold the doll. Also
