I don't know if my 2 male friends are shaved, curly or straight and nor they me. I said platonic not perpetrating.

I don't ever want to think about it (my friends waiting for me to slip) but I don't concern myself with what they may want besides what I've offered throughout the years - friendship, support, acceptance, respect, laughter, bonding, confidant, & encouragement.

I set clear boundaries and always respected them myself (which was quite simple for me b/c once I see a man as a friend that's all he'll ever be to me. I don't wakeup 1 day and suddenly see him any differently. Never happened for me as I have to be attracted from rip) and expect nothing less than them to respect it too.

They go around my family, both are friends with an ex, etc. If they are doing all of that just waiting in the cut, I would be creeped the hell out!
I think what we have is a great years-long friendship. I just think people shouldn't want to screw everyone of the opposite sex they encounter. If people took the time to figure out what a person's purpose is in his/her life, there would be less baby mamas/daddies, regret encounters, etc.
Platonic relationships with the opposite sex, that isn't related, is very rewarding.
