You'll generally find that autocracy is much faster than democracy which requires extensive planning permission and whimsical governments changing their minds
Yeah, basically. When it hurts is when the leaders make a shytload of bad decisions.
Unfortunately we have a pseudo-dictator running things who’s basically turned this system for the worse and pointing this country towards a shytty direction.
Additionally, Democracy is ran by voters. When the majority of voters are dummies voting against their best interest it’s much easier to do damage and much more difficult to undo the damage. The number of idiots isn’t shrinking, it’s growing due to safer Engineering putting people at less risk of harm because of a dumb mistake.
Unfortunately the smart people have made it safe for the stupid people to survive and have kids. Idiots breeding with more idiots who know enough to vote but not smart enough to understand what they’re voting for and the consequences for them and this country’s infrastructure. Exponential problem right now.
The way we’re going right now is the rich will make it out of this, which will kill off the less intelligent and unfortunately many of the high-potential poor people.
